Level 1~9
Well, on this point i don't have much to say, do "The beginning quest" , it's a easy way to get some experience a shovel and a rope, after this I suggest you hunt some rabbits, deers, pigs and sheeps and sell their food, try to get about 50 GPS.
Now, leave the city and do the following quests (You still don't have any good equips so don't try to fight anything, just run from monsters).
The red Cross is where stands a Bananapalm, use it, you'll receive a banana, DON'T EAT IT Now head to the green cross, use the chest, you'll receive a diary, now head back to the city and go to the circles, the red one is where you'll get the reward for the banana (Studded Shield) , the green one is where you'll get the reward (It's on the floor -1) of the diary (a small sword).
Now buy a leather set and a backpack and bot on rats till level 8.99 (Use a script to force logout on this experience), now head to the Oracle and head to the island of destiny where you should get level 9.
Level 9~25
Now go to darashia and buy the "Light healing" spell, after this go to edron, try to get some equips such as plate set, dwarven shield, serpent sword, and some health potions (Health potions on these levels are REALLY important since troll champions can rape you now), set your auto-healing and go to the Edron trolls cave, i suggest you train manually till distance 30, that way your shielding will raise too and your char won't find any big difficulties here. Now, use the script (Name of the script is "pally spears, i've uploaded it already, just set the id of the weapons and you're ready to go) to change from melee to spears and stay here till level 20, you'll get about 65/40. Tip : If you're going to bot afk, don't loot gold at all so you have capacity for spears.
Level 25~30
Now do the Desert quest (10k quest) with the money try to get your promotion.
I know that not everyone is patience enough to do this, but i'll suggest it anyway since it'll REALLY help later on if you do this, bot edron goblins with the same script you used above to train, REMEMBER TO BRING A BACKPACK OF HP, stay here till level 30 and you'll have about skills 75~80/60~65 , if you're bored as hell and want to start rushing go to the GS TOMB at ankrahmun with a melee weapon, you can easily up here to level 30.
Level 30~45
You need at least skills 65 to do this, go to north port hope, get as many royal spears as you can and bot north port hope, there are lots of slimes, crocodiles and 1~4 terror birds, it's not hard and it's a good way to level. Many ppl advice that on this level you should hunt dworcs, but i really don't see the point, i never got rich there and i've never been able to get more then 13k/hr there, so i don't suggest this, but oh well, give it a try, it might be good on your server.
If you had patience and trained till 75 and got some ekips (k-set, draggy shield at least) you should really give it a try here, AMAZING PLACE, http://forums.tibiabot.com/showthread.php?t=135725 (DO THE TASK, THAT WILL INCREASE YOUR PROFIT HIGHLY)...
PS: If you're hunting at north port hope you can do the task for the crocodiles, it would also increase your profit and always give you some life rings.
Level 45~60
Now your options start to grow, there are LOTS of places where you can easily hunt, if you want to bot you could try banuta, hellheim -1 and -2 , turtles, small barbarian camp, nomads cave...Paladins of this level are about the same as knights when it comes to botting spots, the only difference is that we always have to refill our spears.
Level 60~80
You can stay hunting on the places above, they will have a awesome profit by now and the experience will still be good, you could also try to bot at dragons or manual them.
Level 80~100
Now i suggest you get all the money and buy assassin stars and just rape the hell out of Frost dragons, it will be waste, but what the hell? It's worth it, if not , well, by now you can pretty much try to bot or manual everywhere, poh, necromancer, heros, dragons, cults, and you could also try to go further deep on the hunting places of level 45, try to use a hardcore banuta or a hardcore turtle, the big barbarian camp, ice witches...
Some Random Tips
1° Always be prepared, always walk with a bp of health potion (on lower levels ) or manas potion (higher levels)
2° Always set the alarm for player attack and GM SAFE (well, i myself don't use GM SAFE since Gamemaster don't check botters anymore, but who knows?)
3° Always use a alert if you have 3 royal spears, it'll really help you out
4° Always do the quests so you can improve your set and get a extra money, and ALWAYS keep some money on the bank, i suggest from level 20~45 keeping 10k on the bank, and from 45~60 keeping 30k, you never know what might happend right?!
Well, this is about it, i don't know if you guys will like it, i don't have much patience when it comes to hard work, but I might get some pictures and other stuffs if you guys like this, i'll try to improve as much as possible.
Also, i'm sorry if the guide has any english mistakes, i'm brazilian...
And another thing, it might be a small guide, but I know for SURE it'll work...
